I'm Danielle Hardin, an acute care nurse practitioner with a passion for providing compassionate care, improving patient outcomes, and enhancing nursing education. With over 15 years of experience, I have honed my skills in critical care. Born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri, I developed a profound interest in critical care nursing early while working at Grady Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia, a level 1 trauma hospital and one of the largest public hospitals in the United States. Working with limited resources, a highly complex patient population, and nurses who worked well beyond 60 hours per week; ignited a fire in me to become the best nurse I could be. I pursued my graduate degree at the University of Maryland with an emphasis in trauma, critical care, and emergency nursing. This helped lay a strong foundation for my career.

In 2015, I was honored with the TNA District 9: Outstanding Registered Nurse award. My dedication to global health led me to volunteer with Project Medi-share in Haiti, where I provided vital medical assistance to underserved communities. Driven by a profound dedication to advancing nursing education, I developed a critical care review course aimed at preparing nurses to excel in the Critical Care Registered Nurse Exam (CCRN). My goal is to enhance the knowledge and skills of critical care bedside nurses, empowering them to deliver superior patient care and achieve better outcomes.
